Well I've had a couple of weeks to try the holster I made from a mouse pad, and it works. It holds the pistol steady and it's downright cumpsibabu. Also, I touch on the CCW Show Podcast and Mr. Colion Noir.

Episode 49: Mousepad Holster
Remember the episode, 44, Sticky Stuff? Well, I finally tried it. I made my first inside the waistband clipless holster out of a neoprene mousepad. It ain't pretty, but it works. I'll wear it a bit and give you my observations in a later episode.

Episode 44: Sticky Stuff
I like the idea of the Remora holster, but I'd like to actually handle one before committing to buying one. I came close, though.

Of course, not wanting to pay for much of anything, I decided to make one out of garbage. Not having felt a real one, I tried to think of what material to use. I decided an old mouse pad would do the trick.
As you can see below, I wasn't the first to think of this.
